Yemen is situated in the Middle East, bordering the Arabian Sea, Gulf of Aden, and Red Sea. Yemen lies between Oman and Saudi Arabia.
The climate of Yemen varies depending of the height. The country can be divided into three climatic zones: It’s mostly desert; hot and humid along west coast. Temperate in the western mountains affected by seasonal monsoon and extraordinarily hot, dry, harsh desert in the east. The best time for a trip in Yemen are the months between September and October and between April and May.
